nonnative and Converse Japan are readying their next collaborative release. The seasoned duo is shifting focus to the All Star silhouette, revamping the classic Converse model through nonnative’s distinct design lens.

The low-top is equipped with a zipper down the middle. Taking a sleek silhouette, the sneaker’s jet-black upper is slightly faded and its worn-in off-white sole offer a vintage, pre-worn vibe.

Uppers are crafted from canvas, complete with silver eyelets that match the silver zipper atop the tongue. Laces can be tied in a multitude of ways – take a closer look in the gallery below.

nonnative’s insignia is stamped underneath the All Star logo on the back of the sneaker, with co-branded logos are stacked on the REACT2.0 thick insole as well.

Along the edges of the insole, it reads ” “REACT,” “RECYCLE,” and “REFINE” – the three pillars of Converse’s new next-gen All Star silhouette. The sneaker’s upper, lining, shoelaces, and outsole are all built from recycled materials. Take a look at the interior detailing of the nonnative x Converse Japan All Star OX / NN in the top gallery.

Expect the pair – which run for $117 USD – to drop at nonnative’s official webstore on Saturday, April 6.
