ESENES WORLDWIDE is afraid to toss up crazy kicks. One of its standout offerings is the Cubone-inspired “Boneheads” clogs, which have appeared in shades of brown, white and black. Another not-as-funky, but equally eye-catching offering was the star-covered CREAMSTA sneaker, which lends itself to the Air Force 1 and BAPESTA. Well now the brand is back with its new Eyeball Mules.

At first glance, one might think of Marni’s Fussbett mules due to their furry texture and round build – comprised of genuine black fur. But what immediately catches the eye are the arsenal of 26 randomly hand-placed glass eyes. What inspired the shoes is a look at the whimsical nature of childhood where googly eyes were an arts & crafts mainstay alongside monster cartoons.

The striking eyes appear in several hues and sizes for enhanced creativity. Additionally, the mules are complete with a black leather footbed and a rubber-treaded outsole for enhanced traction. Finishing off the new drop is packaging that mimics the mule’s furry and eyeball-filled design styles. Unfortunately, the box itself isn’t furry.

Take a look at the eye-catching shoes in the gallery above. Retailing for $110 USD, ESENES WORLDWIDE’s Eyeball Mules are set to drop on Friday, February 2 at 3 p.m. online.
