Aimé Leon Dore has remained a contemporary name in not just easygoing sporty street clothing, but also when it comes to footwear and accessories. But what has strengthened this arm is the brand lineup of clean collaborations that have seen names like New Balance and New Era. Aimé Leon Dore and the former have a solid relationship as the entities have collaborated several times across New Balance silhouettes like the 860 V2, T500, 1906R and more. Now the two are deepening their relationship with the reveal of the Aimé Leon Dore x New Balance M990v6 “Tan/Incense” Made in USA.

Fit for the forthcoming spring and summer seasons, the shoe is tossed in warm, natural tones like its name suggests. The new release is based on the most M9990 model, which has been updated to celebrate its 40th anniversary. Comprising its build is suede and mesh upper panels that see a curved, abstract design. The deeper tones touch the suede panels around the border, toe and tongue, while the lighter gues grace the central suede and mesh panels. Additionally, the rubber midsole also sees a bright cream color balanced by the black sole.

Other details that complete the collaborative design by Teddy Santis are a heel 990 badge on the side of the heel and a new heel clip. Check out the new shoes in the gallery above.
