Nike is commemorating one of the momentous years in the company with the Air Force 1 Low “1972.”

The iconic silhouette is crafted with its traditional white leather build, but features a number of special changes. Mesh overtakes the panel swooshes while other branding details arrive in newer forms, including the blue and red bubbled checks on the tongue, the distinctive brown, red and blue Nike 1972 insoles, the embroidered Nike Air heel logos in blue and red and, finally, a brown debossed ankle stamp of the Goddess of Victory, who Nike was named after. The shoe rests on white midsoles and outsoles, while brown and yellow rope laces tie the shoe together for a neat finish.
