Update: Following an initial preview in January, a new visual breakdown of the Air Jordan 4 “Vivid Sulfur” has been presented. Equipped with a primarily-white upper that serves up black and yellow contrast, the new colorway remains expected to release on April 20 via Nike SNKRS and select retailers at a price of $200 USD. Stay tuned for updates, including its official reveal, as we near its debut and review our initial coverage below for more info.

Original Story: We’re only one month into the year and it’s already shaping up to be a big one for the Air Jordan 4. From a new collaborative colorway courtesy of A Ma Maniére to the long-awaited “Bred Reimagined,” the Air Jordan 4 is poised to be the “it” shoe of Jordan Brand in 2024 — a topic the Hypebeast team reflected on last week. Adding to the list, a new women’s-exclusive “Vivid Sulfur” colorway has been spotted ahead of its release date that, at the moment, is scheduled for April.

Kicking off the new look, a white leather serves as the base of the upper, matching the laces and netting. From there, black contrast arrives at the mesh underlay, the uppermost midsole detail, wings and heel tab. Its signature yellow hue then coats the Jumpman logos located at both the heel and tongue, the lining and a majority of the sole unit. An off-white “Coconut Milk” presents the final touch around the visible Air unit and at the outsole’s toe.

While Jordan Brand has yet to disclose any release details regarding this “Vivid Sulfur” presentation of the Air Jordan 4, it is currently expected to arrive in women’s sizing on April 20 via Nike SNKRS and select retailers at a starting price of $200 USD.
