In preparation for the warm-hued tones of fall, Nike is releasing its Air Max DN silhouette in “Golden Bullet.”
The new update leans into the “Golden Bullet” colorway that has previously graced the Air Max 97, which was first released in 1999. In line with metallic tones, you might also remember the popularity of the Air Max 97 “Silver Bullet.” But this time around, the Air Max DN is appearing in the warm metallic hue, completely.
Gold tones wash over the shoe’s textured upper. But aside from the textured component, the metallic hue also graces the toe cap, smooth shoe border, shoelaces, mesh tongue, mesh interior and the Nike Swoosh of course. For a contrasting touch, the shoe’s rubber midsole appears in crisp white while the outsole comes in black. A standout feature of the Air Max DN silhouette is its cushioned heel, which sees touches of white and silver alongside a gold “Dn Air” decal.
Finishing off the shoe is a black heel component that sees the Air Max DN circle decal in white/gold/red. Take a closer look at the silhouette in the gallery above.
Although a confirmed release date has not been announced, the Air Max DN “Golden Bullet” is expected to arrive this fall for $160 USD.
